Brentwood Town Centre
North Burnaby is our own backyard so it is no surprise we have played a key role in building the Brentwood Town Centre neighbourhood since the 1970s.
Understanding the dynamics of this vibrant community made it an obvious jumping off point, and we saw the possibilities for the area as a dynamic urban centre of the future, well before others took notice. Almost 40 years later, with the introduction of rapid transit, this vision for an urban hub outside of the downtown core has become reality, seamlessly combining residential, retail and office spaces within the community.
